By downloading, installing, or using Ilmy, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.

2. Use of the App

Ilmy is an Islamic educational application. You agree to use the app only for its intended educational purpose and in accordance with applicable laws.

You must be at least 4 years old to use Ilmy. Users under 13 should use the app under parental supervision.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Content

All educational content in Ilmy, including Islamic text, translations, and lessons, is provided for educational purposes only. We strive to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that all content is free from error. Islamic content is sourced from established scholarly works and verified sources. If you identify an error, please report it through the app.

5. In-App Purchases

Ilmy offers optional in-app purchases including streak restoration. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's payment terms. All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. We do not offer refunds for consumable in-app purchases except where required by law.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app
• Use automated tools to interact with the app
• Share your account with others
• Post or transmit offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content through any social features

7. Friends and Social Features

Ilmy includes social features including friend connections and leaderboards. You agree to interact with other users respectfully. We reserve the right to remove any user who engages in harassment or abusive behavior.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code within Ilmy is owned by Elysium Ventures LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of Ilmy without written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Ilmy is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elysium Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Ilmy.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Ilmy after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
